Flight Training

Are you interested in RC flying but are not sure where to begin?

Download and print a copy of the student handbook and contact the Board of Directors to find when an instructor is available. We will provide up to three lessons before you are required to join the club.

What you need to bring

Print a copy of the training manual, read it prior and bring it with you. Chollas RC flyers will provide everything you need to learn. Maybe a friend to film your first flights?

We will provide:

• A club-owned airplane.

• The transmitters for flying with a "buddy box" setup.

• Batteries.

All of our flight instructors are AMA Intro Pilot Instructors
