Desi Ekstein was back at the club field this year, leading a new group of students in training for their FAA Part 107 exam. The Girls Take Flight Program provides hands-on experience building and flying drones. We are happy to report that six students tested and passed their FAA Part 107 exam. Club members Stephen Nussbaum and Brent Lechleiter offered RC flight training during the student break time. Thank you Desi for allowing the Chollas RC Flyers to part of your organization event.
